No. We do not approach the teaching staff of a school we work with, and we will say so in writing if that is useful to your HR lead. Where one of your teachers approaches us independently, we will tell you before any contract is signed. This is the single most common reason a school hesitates and it is worth settling at the first conversation.

Yes. Tutors are employed through CANICET GmbH with AHV, holiday indemnity shown separately on every payslip, accident cover and company liability insurance. That matters to a school because it means there is a legal entity standing behind the person, with a contract, a payroll and an insurer — rather than a self-employed individual introduced by a platform.

Tutors work under the school’s own safeguarding expectations when they work on a school site, and under ours everywhere else. We hold the minimum data needed to run an assignment, we do not sell or share family data, and we do not build a marketing list out of a school introduction.
