Your confirmation email

It repeats back what you sent us, so you can check we have the subject, level and school right. If something is wrong, reply to it or message us — earlier is easier than later.

Within 48–72 hours

Your tutor is assigned

We match on the actual curriculum — IB, IGCSE, A-Level, Matura, Gymi or the cantonal school system — and on the level your child is working at. We do not promise this faster than 48–72 hours, because doing it properly takes that long.

Then

Your first lesson

You agree the time directly with your tutor. At home or online, whichever suits the week — the price is identical either way.

If the match is not right

Two guarantees on the first lesson — you choose which

Neither is ranked above the other, and you do not have to justify the choice. Tell us after the first lesson and we act on it.

Option A

The whole package refunded

Back to the card it was paid from, including the lesson that has already been taught. You owe us nothing and we do not ask you to stay.

Option B

A different tutor, that hour credited back

We assign someone else and credit the first hour back to your balance, so trying again costs you nothing.

Before any lesson takes place you also have a 14-day cooling-off period, with a refund to the card.

Package value is valid for 12 months from purchase and is held in Swiss francs. We send unprompted reminders at 9 and 11 months — you will not be caught out by the clock.

Something to change, or something urgent?

A date that will not work, a second child to add, an exam sooner than you first said — message us and it gets handled by the same team doing the matching.
