What if the tutor doesn't meet our expectations?
If a session doesn't meet your expectations for tutor knowledge or professionalism, we will refund it in full. This applies to any session — not only the first.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term commitment. You can start with a single session, pause at any time, or stop altogether. Many families find a regular weekly rhythm works well, but that is entirely your choice.

How quickly will a tutor be assigned?
Most assignments are completed within 48 to 72 hours of submitting the form. We confirm the tutor and the schedule by WhatsApp. For urgent requests — an exam in two weeks, for example — please mention the timeline in the notes field and we will do our best to expedite.

Is online tutoring as effective as at-home?
Yes. At-home or online — same price, same tutor standards, same assignment process. Many families find online sessions easier to fit around school schedules. Sessions run via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Can we cancel a session if something comes up?
Yes. Cancellation is free until 17:00 the day before the session. No penalty, no questions asked.
